The pneumatic/electrical packaging solution Terramat is perfect for foot mats, car mats, bath tub mats, car luggage space mats, camping mats etc.
You can use the headercars and hangers during the packaging process. As a result you have customer friendly elastic staples instead of metall crambs or complicated hanger returnsystems. The actuation can be made by sensors, two-hand control or light barrier.
You can pack up to eight pieces per minute. Especially for strong car mats we offer a different aplicator (Extra Heavy Duty T-End System) and its fasteners.
The pneumatic/electrical packaging solution Gemini Arbor is more or less a “Baca” with two modules which are variable in the gap of the two positions, in the amplitude and also in the axle. So you can use two different elastic staple sizes for the two fixing positions.
Therefore the machine is very flexible in packing a huge range of products. The actuation happens by a two hand control. You can pack ten to twelve articles per minute. As option we can offer an automatic product feeder or/and a product removal.
